Hijacking a DJI drone with $400 of equipment: Reverse-engineering the enhanced Wi-Fi link. đ°ī¸áá||áđ¯đšī¸đ
A group of security researchers and RF experts from Pusan National University (South Korea) presented their research on the Enhanced Wi-Fi link used in the DJI Mini SE.
The research and paper are not new, but I think they provide a good example of how to approach security analysis using a $45 router, $350 HackRF and powerful open-source tools like Scapy.
A must-read if you work with or plan to attack or defend WiFi-based communications of any kind.
